Euriel Isioma Hemmerly is an entrepreneur, real estate developer, author, and civic leader, and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Landmark Properties. She leads the company's development vision, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, negotiations, and investment initiatives, combining private-sector real estate strategy with an understanding of economic development, community engagement, public policy, and stakeholder relationships. Hemmerly has pursued advanced executive real estate education through Harvard University's Graduate School of Design Executive Education, with studies in real estate investment strategy, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and U.S. multifamily investment. Her civic involvement spans organizations focused on arts, education, facilities, technology, and community development.
